In the case of a mod-issued warrant, please feel free to handwave it to completion. If you have gotten at least five comments into the thread, you will also be awarded the 25 bonus HP. Any less than five comments, and we will award a partial 13 bonus HP.

In the case of a player created warrant, you may handwave it as you'd like.
